Each card is a fundable workstream. Three or four of them is a project. The last one comes with every project, because it's the reason the others get approved.

measures: readiness score · incidentsFedDev calls it a repayable contribution. You pay costs as you go, claim back FedDev's share, and start repaying, interest-free, about a year after the project wraps. One catch: you pay first and claim back, so plan bridging cash for the full amount. BDC's LIFT program exists for exactly that gap.
FedDev covers up to 50% of eligible costs, capped at $5M. Final amounts are set by FedDev.
Confirm these numbers on a callPaid, fixed price. We map workflows, price the hours you're bleeding and hand you a funding-ready project plan. Yours to keep, whatever FedDev says.
You're the applicant; the rules say a consultant can't be your contact. We supply the plan, budget, responsible-AI answers and risk section. You sign.
Approved? You sign a contribution agreement within 30 days and show matching funds. Real cash or financing; forecast revenue doesn't count.
You pay invoices, submit claims, FedDev reimburses up to 50%. We bill on milestones that line up with your claim periods.
Repayment normally starts a year after completion, on a schedule set in your agreement. By then the AI has had 12 months to earn its keep.
This is the AI Adoption stream, built for established businesses. The $125K minimum means your project should be around $250K or more all-in.
Bonus points if you're in healthcare, energy, transportation, agriculture or manufacturing, FedDev's priority sectors, or you keep data and suppliers Canadian.
French isn't a toggle we add later. The national strategy prioritizes it, and so do your customers in Ottawa, Windsor and Welland.
Canadian models and data residency for anything sensitive. FedDev may prioritize projects that keep data and suppliers at home.

Every hour tracked, every deliverable tied to a milestone, every milestone tied to a claim period. Your bookkeeper will send us a card.
